After signing on as a PaperKateCo. client, we'll start by focusing on the details that make your love story uniquely 'you'. Don't worry about your wedding planning checklist, invitation etiquette, phrasing, or timelines – those all come later and are mainly my job to take care of!
Your main stationery task is simple: to tell me all about you and your soon-to-be spouse so we can weave those personal details throughout all your paper planning.
From save the dates, to the invitation suite, to day-of goods - everything was absolutely perfect. The entire process was seamless; Kate listened to all of my ideas, provided valuable feedback, and skillfully incorporated them into her proposals. Her attention to detail is impeccable, and her creative ideas brought my vision to life in ways that were way better than I imagined.
Below are my current offerings for wedding stationery and custom day-of details. For reference, invitation packages begin at $4,000, with the typical PaperKateCo. client spending $6,000+.
No cookie cutter fonts or designs here! I use custom artwork and hand drawn calligraphy in all of my designs, ensuring every invitation suite reflects your authentic and personal story in a highly custom way.
This is when we'll hop on a call to chat through your wedding plans so far (though totally fine if this is step one in your process). You'll tell me what you're envisioning for your stationery so I can use those details to build a custom proposal. You can also skip the call and get right to a proposal by filling out the form in my response to your inquiry.
You've looked at my Instagram or browsed my website and are interested in learning more – how exciting! Once you submit your inquiry, we'll get the process rolling to start working together on your stationery needs.
Once we're about 6-7 months out from your big day, we'll jump on a call to discuss plans for any custom artwork, monogram styles, calligraphy options, and what you liked from your sample box. I'll take it from there!
Once the design is ready to go, I'll send a high-quality digital mockup of your suite to review, proof, and provide feedback. I'll use that feedback for revisions until we get a version you are absolutely in love with – which usually doesn't take long.
If interested in moving forward after inquiring and receiving details about my services, I'll send over a proposal, an agreement to sign, and a deposit link to secure your booking. Then it's all fun from here!
Your invitations are ready to hit the mailboxes of your closest friends family! All without having to lift a finger or step foot in the post office (leave that to me). You'll also get your own special delivery with extras, a keepsake suite, and a flatlay kit for your photographer to use on your wedding day.
After I have your stamp of final approval, I'll collect your final balance and then send your design to print. Next comes my personal favorite part of the process – production! This is where I'll stuff your envelopes, tie your ribbons, pen your calligraphy, and secure with a wax seal. Full assembly with every suite is on me. Hopefully you're as eager as I am to see your suites come to life, so be on the lookout for behind-the-scenes sneaks on social media!
