What is included in your packages?

All custom invitation packages include hand calligraphy throughout the design, custom artwork, high-touch assembly, USPS postage, mailing of the suites directly to your guests, sample boxes and extra keepsake suites.

When will we mail my wedding invitations?

Wedding invitation suites are typically mailed three months ahead of your wedding date. Save the dates are typically mailed 8-12 months ahead of your wedding date. For international destination weddings, I recommend adding 1-2 months to the above timelines depending on the exact situation.

Can you design menus, programs, and more for my wedding day?

Absolutely! The sky is the limit when it comes to the details we can bring to life for your wedding day. I design menus, programs, signage, seating charts, place cards, escort cards, cocktail napkins, koozies, stir sticks, cups, welcome bag accessories, and more.

what does it cost to work with you?

My project minimum is currently $4,000 for custom invitation packages. The average PaperKateCo. client typically spends $4,000 - $7,000 on their invitation suite and $2,000 - $5,000 on their day-of paper goods.

how do i know what things look like if i don't live near you?

I work with all of my clients remotely, even ones who live in Florida! I mail each client a sample suite to welcome you to PaperKateCo. after booking your package and signing your contract. This way, you can see paper and envelope colors, printing methods, and embellishments in person to ensure you are confident when reviewing your digital proofs!

when should i book with you?

For custom invitation clients, I recommend booking 7 to 12+ months in advance of your wedding day. Custom invitation ideally design begins 7 months out from your date, and I don't take on custom client bookings later than 6 months out to leave enough time for design proofs, edits, production, and assembly.

we can't wait to hear from you!
